    I discovered weight training over four decades ago. For the last 25 years, I have been delivering my own proven method as a professional trainer, to Thurston and Pierce Counties. My business philosophy is simple, “Give members a reason to come back…and keep coming back”.

  • Renee-Michelle Kirk

    Renee-Michelle teaches BodyPump, Cycle, Power Step, Silver Sneakers, LM CORE, and BodyFlow. She also specializes in personal training for Total Body Conditioning and Functional Fitness using a combination of traditional and eclectic methods to assist people of all ages in reaching their fitness goals. Her clients vary greatly in their objectives; building strength and stability, gaining flexibility and increased range of motion, losing weight, as well as post rehabilitative conditioning. She is ready to help you reach your goals! Outside of her gym life, she enjoys kayaking and hiking, as well as tenor drumming in a competition bagpipe band.
