  • Jerrie Licht

Jerrie began teaching fitness in 2004 with her first certification for BodyPump. She never really enjoyed working out, but took the training to prove to her middle school son that you can do anything if you just apply yourself. She was very shy and self-conscious and one of those members who came to class 30 minutes early to make sure she got a spot to hide in the back of the room. When Jerrie earned her Pump Certification, she found out just how much she loved teaching and her self-confidence bloomed like a rose. This started a fire within, and she added certifications in BodyStep, BodyCombat, and Silver Sneakers. She is an animal lover and in whatever free time she has, she loves to read, bead, and watch NCIS.

  • Lori Trimble

Lorri is a certified Silver Sneakers instructor for Senior Classic, Circuit, Stability Ball, Yoga and EnerChi formats.

Lorri fully embraces the Silver Sneaker motto of “Fun, Fitness & Friends." • Sue Drinkard

Sue has enjoyed group fitness since high school (so long ago!), but was able to be more consistent once her kids started leaving home. A friend needed a BodyAttack back-up, and without knowing what she was getting into, she went to her first Les Mills training in 2017.

Four certifications later, Sue loves being able to lead others in a variety of workouts for fitness and just the joy of it. Interaction with class members keep her motivated. Sue teaches Les Mills BodyAttack, BodyPump, BodyStep, and Core.

  • Sue

"I have been teaching "aerobics" since 1977... And I can still bring it! Sue currently teaches Retro Step.

I love gardening, walking my dogs and cooking healthy delicious meals.

My active lifestyle is paying huge dividends now that I am in my 60's. No health issues and having a strong body to do what I like is such a joy. So keep at it! It's worth all the effort."

She has taught a wide variety of classes over her career, such as step and floor aerobics, circuit training, BodyCombat, and classes for seniors and those with special health considerations. She finds the power of movement to be one of the keys to life and health, keeping us happy, active and youthful even as we age. Her goals: exercise should be safe, effective, and FUN, and she loves to help people find strength and joy through movement. No matter your age, you can live your life to the max when you exercise!
