TRX suspension training

​This class is a small group personal training style class taught by certified personal trainers, Pam McHugh, Renee-Michelle Kirk and Christina Fagernes. TRX suspension training classes are designed to build balance, strength and flexibility for people of all ages and all fitness levels by leveraging gravity and bodyweight to deliver a fast and effective total-body workout.
