Find your athletic potential. BODYATTACK is a high-energy cardio class with moves for total beginners to total addicts. Build stamina and improve your coordination and agility. Get quicker off the mark in everything you do. You can adjust a BODYATTACK workout to your current fitness level. Instructors offer low-impact options so you can tailor each workout to your current fitness level.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, mindfulness, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

The ultimate STEP class. Expect a mix of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full- body workout! Participants can choose their own level of intensity and everyone leaves feeling successful.

During the 30-minute workout, our instructors guide you through correct technique to strengthen your entire core, all set to great music. This class uses a resistance band and
optional weights. It is one of the best "Pre-hab" workouts to prevent injury and build a strong foundation for everything else you love to do. |
Start with 30 minutes of high intensity, low impact, cardio workout on a stationary bike. Then move into upper body strength work using free weights, and cool down with stretching and foam rolling. Expect to work hard for short bursts with periods of rest. This class will increase your cardio endurance and push your physical and mental strength.

Expect a total body conditioning workout that pushes you at your own pace using strength and cardio exercises to target all muscle groups. You will use free weights, resistance bands, weighted bars, and steps. We finish with foam rolling for those tight muscles. Increase your calorie burn, improve your endurance for heart and lung health, all while having fun.

Designed for older adults who want to feel better, be independent, and live an active lifestyle. You'll have fun and meet great people too!

Use the stability ball to work the muscles of your abdomen, lower back, gluteals and the muscles around your hips and shoulders by challenging your balance on an unstable surface (the ball). A great class for those who want to develop spinal stability to reduce back pain and improve posture, balance and coordination.

PAID small group training: TRX Suspension Training classes are designed to build balance, strength & flexibility for people of all ages and at all fitness levels by leveraging gravity and your body weight to deliver a fast, effective total-body workout. TRX classes are limited to 8 participants/class (pre-registration required).

Before COVID-19, we tried very hard to keep our schedule from changing too often. Now in these uncertain times, we have had to change it quite a bit to build in time for cleaning between classes, and to accommodate more members, as class sizes are limited. We expect that we will be adjusting the schedule more often to reflect the changes in the pandemic, as well as member participation in classes. Please refer to the Group Fitness Calendar for the latest offerings. Once we are able to settle into more predictable times, we will keep our schedule from changing too often once again.
